Offered is a leather adjustable Western Diamondback Rifle sling. This sling is hand-made and the snake skin is hand tanned. The sling is adjustable from 34″ to 40″ with a total overall length of 44.5. This sling was hand crafted in the US and covered in snakeskin that was hand tanned and crafted. This is a beautiful sling that would be an attractive addition to any rifle or shotgun. Sling Sling is 3 inches wide at shoulder, slims to 1 inch. COMPLETELY Hand made out of 7oz American cow leather. Tanned and Dyed with vegetable oils and alcohols. Permeated with Neatsfoot Oil, front and back. Waxed front and back (lightly on back so as to still breathe). Adjustable from 34 to 40 inches; at both ends Sling is 3 inches wide at shoulder, slims to 1 inch. Tested this processing of leather out to 15 years, with no drying out. For sale here is a good looking US WW2 Milsco Rifle Sling. The sling is in good overall condition, but is missing both leather slide keepers. The sling is maker marked Milsco, but i can only make out the 19 in the date. The sling is supple and strong, but there is some surface cracking at a few of the prong holes. I wouldn’t want to try to pull a car with the sling, but it will work fine for carrying a rifle. The fittings are steel and are in the white with no finish and appear silver.
