leather rifle sling

This offering is for an original WWII Leather Sling For a Garand or Springfield Rifle. The sling is maker stamped on one end but the name is hard to make out, the date 1943 is visible but again the 3 is hard to make out. The sling is fully adjustable with all original hardware still in pace. I think the way the makers marking is positioned on the belt it’s probably a Hickok but it’s pretty hard to say for sure. The leather surface does not appear to have ever been oiled or conditioned and is a little dry. There is minor flaking and cracking but no rips tears or repairs.
