Very nice German late war WWII leather sling for Mauser K98 and other German firearms , G43′s. Leather is nice and strong – shows some expected ware. I could not find any markings on this sling. Correct ricasso pattern and stitching in nice shape. Can be safely mounted on your K98. Leather is very playable. Check my other auctions. Vintage Military US Army 1907 Leather Sling – H&R 1918. No non-US payments accepted. I DO NOT disclose reserve prices, please dont ask. This item is a Vintage Military US Army 1907 Leather Sling. This is the type sling which was used with the M1 Garand, 1903 and 1903A3 Springfield and the 1917 Enfield. It will also fit various civilian rifles. It is marked M. The leather and hardware show age and use wear, has scratches and some green corrosion (see photos). The item came from an estate sale and is shown as received. I have not made any attempt to clean or oil the sling. It was evidently mounted on a rifle as can be seen by the bend marks in the leather (see photos).
