Basic but still using same quality leather as my other items. Handmade leather gunstock cover (8 oz leather)and sling (12 oz leather)to match. Leather is natural oiled leather and Sling accepts 1 or bigger QuickTach swivels (not included). (leather can be different shade depending on the hide). Shells held tightly with heavy loops or no loops at all if desired. Matching lever wrap included! Please notify me and I will add a large decorative stitch in place if shell holders if desired. Com for more designs. If any modifications of the stock have been made cutting off / adding a recoil. Etc that changes the original stock there may be additional charge for making pattern. Original World War One WW1 US M-1907 leather rifle sling. These were issued with M-1903 Springfield Rifles and Enfield P-17 Rifles. Latter issued between the wars and into WW2 for M-1 Garand rifles and again for Springfields. These were also used by the British with the Enfield No. The Kerr Sling is considered by many to be the greatest sling ever made. They are still being made today. This fine example has original brass hook fittings and is marked Rock Island Arsenal 1917 T. This is one of the rarest maker and year combinations. Still soft and flexible with not tears or splits.
