Boba Fett Leather Ammo Belt & Rifle Sling Replica Props for Costuming
For years I was building a collection of the best replica props I could find, made by countless artisans, to eventually be able to recreate the character of the Star Wars bounty hunter Boba Fett. I wanted my costume to be as screen-accurate as possible, so I went with the most realistic replicas I could find for each and every little piece. As often happens, life gets in the way, and I never actually found the time to make it. Now with a baby on the way, it’s time to let go of some of my collections to make room for our expanding family. I’ll be putting each item that was planned for my costume up for sale in the coming days. I only went for the best representation of each costume part, and this was the best available. The stitching is really high quality work. The leather isn’t flimsy either, but rather thick. It feels like something meant for a galactic badass to wear while hunting his prey. The belt has a velcro enclosure so that the size can be adjusted. I included an original promotional film photo from ESB where Boba Fett’s arms are raised, showing the ammo belt on the outfit. This is a remarkable high-quality recreation. I’m also throwing in the leather sling for Fett’s rifle. I don’t remember if it came from the same maker, but it’s also very nice workmanship and I had them stored together. Getting important details like the ammo belt right is key to creating a serious, screen-accurate Boba Fett costume. This is also a great piece for adding to other Mandalorian character costumes as well. I truly hope these pieces from my collection go to a good home. This Is The Way.
