Up for sale, a hard to find Romanian SKS all leather sling. This is a nice example of a real military surplus Romanian SKS sling. Notice the correct D ring, and stitching. The stamping is very light and worn. This sling is in good surplus condition, no cracking, rips, or tears. The leather is pliable. Up for sale, a very rare SVT 40 sling. This sling is an early version and is all leather. This is an example of a real all leather STV 40 sling. Notice the spear shape tabs and that all of the points are sewn. This shows it authenticity. This sling is in good shape for being 70+ years old. The leather is still pliable. I dont see any ripping or tearing. There is surface discoloration and rippling from use and age which is to be expected. The straps that connect to the rifle have some surface cracks where they bend over.
