I’m pleased to offer an ORIGINAL USGI military l. Eather rifle sling for either the. Trapdoor, Krag, or 1903 Springfield rifles with the single brass hook and both leather keepers. Condition is used but good and the leather is moderately supple with no large cracks. A great sling for display. The original manufactures marking can be seen but aren’t clear. I think its “ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL” but can’t see the date. At some point, someone wrote (scribed) on the back of the sling. I can see (in cursive) L. K, OIL CITY, PA U. It’s very light and barely discernable. An interesting history to the sling.
