Very nice German late war WWII leather sling for Mauser K98 and other German firearms , G43′s. Leather is nice and strong – shows some expected ware. I could not find any markings on this sling. Correct ricasso pattern and stitching in nice shape. Can be safely mounted on your K98. Leather is very playable. Check my other auctions. This was taken off a Remington 700. As shown it is 32 inches long. Measuring the leather end to end, which includes the part that wraps around the underside, it is approximately 43 inches long. It comes with common mounting hardware as shown and both units are very clean with very good bluing. The leather is strong, soft, pliable and clean. The padded strap section is very nice looking and well padded. The leather has very minor wear and overall, it doesn’t look like it was used much.
