Commemorative First Hunt Leather Rifle sling. This cobra shaped leather sling is personalized with name, date, and details to memorialize that first kill for hunters. The area at the top of sling has 3 customizable lines, plus add a name down the length of sling for a completely custom gift for yourself or your favorite hunter. Handmade in the USA with American leather and hardware. The top of the sling features a deer head enshrouded with a set of antlers. A western scripted font is used for the details. Shoulder strap is 2.5 wide at widest point. Designed for 1″ sling swivels with 1″ tab at top and 1 wide strap. Sling has an adjustable length from 30″ to 44″. Sling swivels are not included. We start with premium 7/9 ounce natural vegetable buffalo tanned leather and laser engrave the desired design and shape. The edges are then beveled, finished, and slicked with gum tragacanth. It is finally assembled with black hardware including a Chicago Screw at the top and a Conway buckle for adjustments. The finish is varied due to natural grain of the leather and hand application of the finish, we will try to get it as close to the piece depicted in the photo as possible. PERSONALIZATION: 4 areas can be personalized to add names, dates, and details- send a message with your personalization details. This is a made to order item that takes several days to complete due to drying time. We can make any size, color, design, text, finish or hardware. Need an extra inch or more? If you need more length, we can even add a rifle sling extension to go to up to double the length.
