This classic leather sling with a beautiful design, is wide around the shoulder area for better distribution of weight, making it comfortable to carry your long gun. Wool padding gives extra comfort as well. Sling has never been used however, it was found in a dirty old box in basement of estate sale. The sling is in original plastic bag still, but it is still a bit dirty on outside of bag and a bit of dust and debris on inside as well. Some metal is slightly corroded and will need to be cleaned up a bit. I have several of these to sell and only 3 of the original yellow price tags were in the box. The top leather is high quality full grain Italian genuine real cow leather. The backside genuine leather is brown, medium-soft for more comfort. The two leathers are stitching up with strong thread. The leather shoulder sling is about 10-11 oz (4,0-4,4 mm) thick. The pictures are hand tooled (hand engraved) with metal craft tools and hand painted with American professional leather dyes. The leather rifle sling has finished with professional water resistant high gloss top varnish.
