A high quality rifle carry strap by Kirkpatrick Leather of Laredo, Texas. It’s their Model 42, cobra-shaped, suede lined, 2 inches wide at the widest point, with a 1-inch strap. It looks to be adjustable from about 25-1/2 inches to 32-1/2 inches. Very nicely made, as you’d expect from Kirkpatrick. Nicely stitched and tooled. Note how the keeper/loop is stitched, not stapled as you find in lower cost slings. The leather measures a bit under 3/16 thick. These are not flimsy, mass-produced slings.
