Handmade leather gunstock cover 8 oz leather and sling with thumb hole 12 oz leather to match. Leather is natural oiled leather and is laced with a brown colored deer tanned cow hide throughout including thumb hole. Sling accepts 1 or bigger QuickTach swivels (not included). (leather can be different shade depending on the hide). Shells held tightly with heavy loops or no loops at all if desired. Matching lever wrap included! Please notify me and I will add a large decorative stitch in place if shell holders if desired. Com for more designs. If any modifications of the stock have been made cutting off / adding a recoil. Color is natural 8 oz leather for cover and 12oz for the sling. NOTE: back side of sling will be covered with leather. Sorry I don’t have pics to show. Forearm matching all included. As seen in pics these are incorporated into the stock cover and barrel. Assemble is set in a side mount arrangement allowing this to be carried across chest or across back in bandoleer style. Also comes with matching lever wrap! I can add stamped initials if wanting to at no extra charge. Sling is fully adjustable (54 long) , will hold up to 13 cartridges (depending on size) of your choice or none at all if desired. Cover conforms , Fits tightly to stock as seen. Laces like a shoe. This is very comfortable and works great for carrying while on foot , horseback or atv. Must have stock sites. You will really enjoy the looks and functionality of this set up! Lee Enfield 303 SMLE leather rifle sling. This is an Original vintage sling NOT A REPRODUCTION. I twisted the sling up and coiled it in the photos to show you how soft and supple the leather truly is!! This sling has had a leather conditioner added to it and sealed for many months to rehydrate. It is stronger and more supple than brand new leather belts I use for my CAS gear!! Itll make its new owner a dependable leather WW1 period sling for many more years. In the photo is the rifle it originally was installed on. (Rifle not included in this sale). The rifle was parted out. So I no longer have need for the sling. I do not see many of these out there anymore!! But originals are getting harder to come by… This is an honest well maintained Sling and it will give any level collector pride to have it on their 303.
