The carved imagery includes a covered wagon pulled by a four-horse team, a revolver, wagon wheel, cactus, desert plants, and a coiled snake. The tooling demonstrates impressive craftsmanship and layered composition. Notably, the wagon scene depicts four horses rendered in perspective, with the rear pair partially emerging from behind the front horses-an advanced design detail rarely seen in basic souvenir leatherwork.
