leather rifle sling

Pair of original Ethiopian rifle slings. Both are blackened leather with sewn keepers and no buckles. One sling is clearly stamped with Amharic characters, the other is plain/unmarked. Original surplus, not reproductions. Approximate length: [insert measurement] each. One marked, one unmarked. Issued for use with Ethiopian Enfields, Mausers, and other rifles. Condition: both show wear consistent with vintage leather – cracking, surface wear, and patina. Still supple enough to handle. Great for collectors or as restoration accessories.
