This beautiful sling is made out of American vegetable tanned leather, handmade, and hand tooled. One of a few. This sling with its shoulder pad will make much more comfortable to shoulder any rifle. It will make your rifle look even better! Made out of premium grade American cowhide leather. 8 oz or 1/8 thick. Oil treated leather, for a long life. Solid brass nickel plated Chicago screws for length adjustment. Coat of water repellent. 1″ inch wide with an adjustable length from 32″ to 42. Beautiful arcs are hand tooled into the rifle sling, as per pictures. Brown or Walnut color. Hand tooled Shoulder pad is 2″ wide by 12″ long. It is glued and sewn. THIS IS A CUSTOM ORDER – PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING. Rifle Shoulder Sling Strap with 10 Cartridge Loops For Pistol and Short Action Calibers – Winchester, Henry, Marlin, Rossi and more! The padded Strap has been hand made, hand tooled, stained and finished from quality 9-10 oz. Leather and fits standard 1 mounts. Natural leather will have the occasional range marks and skin grains which add great character, so each sling we build is slightly unique. The leather lacing are also hand cut and stained. Loops can be made for Pistol Calibers and most Short Action Rifle calibers. It is 3″ wide so it can easily accommodate 2.5″ length rounds such as 45-70. (Pictured with 45 Long Colts). For tapered rounds, such as 30-30, loops will be slightly offset so the rounds remain centered on sling. (See Pictures) Sling can be adjustable from 29″ to 40″ and also comes with an extension piece for use at the top of sling to help place cartridges where they are comfortable. Spare adjustment screws and leather tension washers are included. In addition to finishing the leather, the sling has been given a weather proofing treatment to further help protect it from snow and rain. Pictured are examples of our Black and Dark Brown models. NOTE : LACING ON CURRENT PRODUCTION LONGER HAS AS A KNOT AT TOP OF SLING AS PICTURED IN OLDER VARIATIONS (SEE MAIN PICTURE)….
