Very nice German late war WWII leather sling for Mauser K98 and other German firearms , G43′s. Leather is nice and strong – shows some expected ware. I could not find any markings on this sling. Correct ricasso pattern and stitching in nice shape. Can be safely mounted on your K98. Leather is very playable. Check my other auctions. Original WWI Era US Army/USMC M1907 Leather Sling for the M1903 Springfield or M1917 Enfiled – Nice Condition. Up for sale is an Original WWI Era US Army/USMC M1907 Leather Sling. There are no visible markings or dates on the sling. This sling has the correct WWI Blackened Brass hooks. The sling is used, see photo’s for condition. The sling has both leather keepers. The leather is soft and supple. No rips or tears in the leather. A few minor surface cracks and some wrinkling of the leather. The leather has darken with age. The stitching is all tight and intact. This is an Original Functional WWI era Sling and would look great on a WWI era rifle. NOTE: this is a collectible item, suitable for a correct historic display. It is NOT recommened for actual use. This is the sling that was commonly used on the M1917 Enfield, the M1 Garand, the M1903 Springfield, the M1903A3 Springfield and the M1941 Johnson Rifles. Check out my other items.
