Up for sale is this Original WWII WW2 German K98 Mauser Rifle Leather Sling COG L&F Nice Old Vintage. This sling came from an estate sale. The sling looks like it was used a lot, and is worn down. You can see this in the photos. THE SLING IS MISSING THE SLIDING LOOP. For it’s age, this sling looks like it’s still in good shape. But for us it looks like this is more of a display item for your collection. Soon we will be listing more military holsters and rifle slings from this estate sale. This sling has the correct WWI Blackened Brass hooks. Still retains some of the original blacking on the metal hooks. The sling is used, see photo’s for condition. The sling has both leather keepers. The leather is soft and pliable. No rips or tears in the leather. There are some minor surface cracks and wrinkling of the leather, please see photos. The leather has darkened due to age.
