Original pre-WWI French Army Leather Rifle Sling for the Mle 1866 Chassepot Rifle – Nice Condition – RARE. This sling is used, see photo’s for condition. No rips or tears, some wrinkling or surface cracking in the leather. There are no markings or dates on the sling. The sling is approximately 50″ long x 1″ wide. It has a brass buckle and brass stud.
