This is a very nice Torel model 4750 padded leather rifle sling. This is a high quality sling made in the USA with top grain cowhide leather. The strap is a full 1″ wide and 1/8″ thick. The shoulder pad is fully padded with suede leather on the inside and a full color design with a mule deer buck and doe on the outside. The sling extends to 36 in length with Michaels swivels on both ends. This sling is in “Like New” condition – never carried but no there is box, packaging or paperwork. Basketweave Pattern, Saddle Tan. The leather used is tanned in the USA from top quality steer hides. It measures 1/8 inch thick on the strap and top design piece. Know that you are getting the real deal. 1/4 inch foam padding is used in the shoulder area and is covered with 100% real suede. Adjustable from 33 inches to 39 inches long. The padded area measures 2-1/2 inches wide by 12 inches long. Chicago screws secure swivels on the sling. They will accept most swivels for a 1 inch strap. The Chicago screws can be removed with a standard flat head screw driver. NOTE: The slings DO NOT include swivels. Leather is dyed with an oil stain that soaks into the leather and will not rub off or fade over time. Sheen is applied to repel water and add a nice glossy finish. This is a hand made leather rifle sling that is made to fit a 1 inch rifle sling mount. Hand cut from 8-9 ounce vegetable tanned leather and hand tooled with a basket weave design. There is also a deer stamped on the bottom of the basket weave design. It has been dyed a saddle tan color, which is lighter in full sun. I tried to show the color with indoor lighting and the what the piece looks like under natural lighting outside. Measures 37 inches long or 35.5 inches long by adjusting the. Screws (which are brass in color). About 5 ounces total, and it has not been dyed on the back leaving the back with a nice bare leather look. This is a one of a kind piece.
